Newport
Beach Wedding Reception for 150 |
Setting: A spacious backyard with brilliant flowers and greens surrounding a pool covered with a strong wooden floor. Linens were ivory and white damask with a bit of peach for accents.
Florals were spectacular and abundant in low arrangements for guest tables. A small Chamber Orchestra lent ambience for dinner, then a high energy Country Western Band kicked in with tunes that had everyone dancing on top the pool! |
| Service: Our staff tray-passed the hors d'oeuvres during the first part of the reception from gleaming silver trays. Guests were seated at rounds of 8, and staff served all 3 courses. The cook staff worked from the garage "kitchen" on propane ovens and burners. |

Wedding Reception for 150 Overlooking Newport Bay |
Setting: Elegant
private residence on Newport Bay. The Mexican Buffet was set up in the kitchen, the Italian Buffet on the main dining table. Linens were dramatic black and cream which highlighted the gleaming silver chafers and buffet food. Dramatic florals were provided by the interior designer.
Service: Our staff of ten passed hors d'oeuvres on trays and kept the
buffets filled from our field kitchen in the garage. The two bartenders worked from
separate bars to facilitate service to the guests.
